Gladbeck Way, Enfield - a block of 18 apartments on four levels with, the fourth being a mezzanine level within the roof space, with basement car parking.

The structure consists of a steel framed roof supporting timber rafters, a timber mezzanine fourth floor level supported on glulam beams. The second and first floor levels are of pre-cast concrete construction supported on load bearing masonry.

The ground floor is of reinforced concrete construction and forms a transfer structure over the basement car park. The perimeter basement walls and basement slab are of insitu concrete construction.
