Klinger Factory

CDS were employed by Hughes & Salvidge to provide the facade retention scheme at Klinger factory project.

The scheme included the support of the whole front and parts of the two side elevations. The façade was supported by steel A frames installed at existing post locations and fixed to reinforced concrete pads which were later covered. On the inside, raking props were introduced to support the perimeter walls below ground level.
